Dad, you NOW have your wonderful bride with you. Mom is finally painfree and rejoicing, but the pain here is unbearable. I find comfort in the fact that we will join you both in heaven some day. I will cling to the memories of you both until that day. I love you both DEEPLY.

Dad,
Easter came and went this year, but like everything else now, it was without you. I will never forget our last holiday together (last year), you, me, and mommy, laughing and dancing in the garage on Easter morning! Thank you for blessing me with such wonderful memories. I can feel you with me now, just like you promised. Thank you.
Missing you now & forever

Pete,
This is our first Easter without you, and it was hard, but we find comfort in knowing you're no longer in pain and with loved ones. We were all together yesterday and I know you were in all our hearts. The little ones miss you so much, Sophia and Joey often imitate the funny faces you taught them, and the silly songs you sang with them. We will never let the precious memories we shared with you fade.
With Love,
Brenda Carasella

Petey,

Our condolences to Pete's loving family. The photo album is such a beautiful tribute to a man who was clearly a vibrant, funny, joyful, playful husband, father, grandfather and friend. I regret I did not meet him while he walked this earth, but know that the world is a better place because he was in it, and that his memory lives on in his beautiful family.

Dad, there's nothing I can write on this page that you didn't already know. I miss your laugh and your smile, and your hugs, and hearing you call me "babydoll". But what I miss the most is when I had nightmares, you ALWAYS ran into the room to hold me, and comfort me and tell me "it's ok, Daddy's here"... even when I was 27yrs old!
Just like the note I gave you so long ago that you'd kept on the fridge "I miss you when you're gone", I miss you so very much that my heart hurts, but I know you are forever by my side.
P.S. you made me a promise, that last day, that you would take care of the nightmares from the other side... well, haven't had any yet!! Thanks!
Love you, Babydoll

Dear Kathy, Jenny, Krissy, Nicky, Ron, John, Rodney and your families~
Somewhere a journey begins at the end of the wordly existence we know,
Somewhere a path stretches over the stars, and rivers of memories flow,
Somewhere a silence is heard far away and the brightness of day fills the night,
Where the trials of life are resolved into peace...when a soul finds its way to the light.
A warm note of comfort, care and concern...and a wish, with deepest sympathy, that time will bring you peace.
Love to all~

My deepest sympathy goes to the Carasella Family. Pete was a great guy. I will always cherish the wonderful memories we had living in the Carasella building on the first floor. Will always cherish the great get togethers with the Carasella family, the Bixler family. Our kids grew up together in Forest Park, got along so well. How sad we did not get together more often as time went on. God Bless!

My sincere condolences to Petey’s family. Even though too many years have passed, I have fond memories of growing up in the Franklin Street house with the handsome Carasella boys upstairs. I remember the music, laughter, pranks – and peeking through the hole in the dining room floor spying on the parties you used to have. Life flies by us at warp speed – cherish every happy memory and hold those memories in your heart.
