CURTIS, Clyde D. 65 of Englewood, formerly of Ada, OH, died Friday, May 21, 2010 at 2:30 PM at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. He was born April 22, 1945 in Charleston, South Carolina to the late James and Edith Eleanore (Whetsler) Curtis. He formerly worked for Proctor & Gamble Company of Lima, Ohio and formerly was a Real Estate Agent. He was a manager for W.M. Management Company of Dayton, Ohio.Clyde was a U.S. Army veteran, and a 1964 graduate of Ada High School. He loved to golf and was a participant in a Community Golf Club. Survivors include one son, Nathan (Courtney) Curtis of Ada; two daughters, Amy (Kenny) Hall of Ada and Natalie (Tony) Archer of Greensburg, IN; two brothers, James R. (Sola) Curtis of Lima and Ernest Curtis of Kenton; two sisters, Linda (Forest Edward) Jarrell of Lima and Anita (Garrett) Molands of Bluffton and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Marvin and Larry Curtis and one sister, Ellen E. Curtis. Funeral services will begin at 2 PM on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada with Rev. Forest Edward Jarrell officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 and until the time of service on Wednesday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada. Condolences may be sent to [email protected].

To Clyde Curtis's family. Lewis and Sylvia Vance want to express our sincere sympathy to the family. Lewis will truly miss his golfing buddy. We were glad we had a chance to visit with him in the hospital. Remember he will always be around in our hearts. May he rest in peace. Love!!
