Not sure what to say?

I was very sorry to hear of John’s passing. John and I were good friends in high school. We spent time at the Jersey Shore, worked as auto mechanics at the same shop in the mid 70s. He was best man at my wedding in 1977. We eventually lost touch. My wife and I moved to Michigan. I found out about his passing when we were trying to look him up to get I touch. Sadly we were a few weeks late.

John and I were close friends in High School. We were like brothers. We worked on a lot of cars together. In our senior year in 1974 we purchased a good engine from a wreck in the junkyard and installed it into a 1964 Pontiac. We did it in an old barn on my parent’s property. There were no YouTube Tube videos. There was no internet. We just figured it out and did it. It was a success and the car ran great for years. John was always up for challenges in doing things, fixing things, installing...

My deepest condolences to all of his loved ones. John will be deeply missed by many. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

John worked with my dad many years ago. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
