Richard Neil Hall, age 88, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025.  He was born July 10, 1936 in Key West, Florida to Everett Claude and Flois Julia (Johnson) Hall.  He worked as an Engineer for the power company and was a member of the Community Bible Church in Avon Park, Florida.  He was active in missions, ministering at the Oaks of Avon and has been a resident since 2003, coming from Key West, Florida.  Richard is survived by his Son – Timothy Hall (Traci) of Lakeland, FL.  He is preceded in death by his Parents; and Wife – Sharon Hall.  Funeral services will be held Friday, May 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Avon Park.  He will be laid to rest in Bougainvillea Cemetery.
