Ida M. Lewis, 67 of Baxter was born on Saturday, October 5, 1946 at Red Bird, Kentucky and died Monday, October 7, 2013 at her home at Baxter. Kentucky.
She is retired from Druthers/Dairy Queen Restaurant at Baxter.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Everett Caldwell and Helen Caldwell; her husband Rev. James E. Lewis SR, one sister, Jessie Hernandez and a niece, Angela Smith.
She is survived by: her children, James E. Lewis JR and Chelca Lewis both of Baxter; her brothers, Jerry Caldwell of Gary Texas, Daniel Caldwell and Paul Caldwell both of Keego Harbor, Michigan. Her nieces, Crystal Lewis, Christie Smith and Sarah Turner; two nephews, J.P. Hernandez and Jerry Caldwell.
Visitation will be Friday, October 11, 2013 from 5-8 in the Chapel of Henson & Rich Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11AM at the funeral home with Rev. Ronnie Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Phillips Fork Cemetery with Adam Sharp, Ben Sharp, Jeremy Smith, Robby Honeycutt, James Epperson and Phillip Maggard serving as pallbearers.
