Barbara Ruth Williams

Barbara Ruth Williams passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025, in Osceola, Arkansas at the age of 82. She was born on October 15, 1942, in Blytheville, Arkansas to Franklin and Lena Stillwell Kinningham. She was a member of the Osceola Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents Franklin and Lena Sylvesta Kinningham, her husband Charles Ray Williams Sr. and two brothers Wayne Kinningham and Phillip Kinningham. Barbara is survived by two sons Charles Ray Williams Jr. (Carla) of Osceola, Arkansas and Steven Frank Williams (Kim) of Searcy, Arkansas, one sister Donna Kinningham White of Virginia, four grandchildren Lauren Palmer (Bill), Kaityn Williams, Andrew Williams and Kennedy Williams, one great grandson Gentry Rafe Palmer and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, August 15, 2025, from 1:00 until service time at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas. Memorial service will be held Friday, August 15, 2025, at 2:00p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the care of Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas.
