Edna Rebecca Smith, 94, of Conroe passed away peacefully on July 13th, with her son, daughter and a loving nurse by her side. Known to most as Rebecca, she loved her family, and her greatest desires included spending time with them. She was a homemaker most of her adult life.

Rebecca was a member of First Baptist Church of Groceville for many years and attended faithfully until she was no longer able to do so.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Dorothy Mae Walters; husband; and daughter, Wanda Ferguson. Survivors include son, Larry Smith (Deanna); son, Reggie Smith (Julie); and daughter, Paula Mansker (Bobby). She is also survived by grandchildren, Shawn Fontenot (Keith), Brandon Smith (Caroline), Kristen McCauley (John), Ryan Smith (Stephanie), Jeremy Smith (Leslie), Bryson Mansker and Brenan Mansker. Seven great-grandchildren also survive.
