John Meyer Obituary

John C. Meyer
John C. Meyer, 65, of Highland, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
He was born in Highland, IL, on September 16, 1959, the son of Harry E. and Lucille M. (Troeckler) Meyer.
John is a United States Navy Veteran, and was stationed at Pearl Harbor on the USS Constellation Aircraft Carrier. For most of his adult life, John did autobody work. He enjoyed watching NASCAR.
Survivors include his siblings, Linda Klette of Bourbonnais, IL, Mary (Joe) Turpin of Maryville, IL, David (Joan) Meyer of St. Louis, MO, and Ann Moore of Dorsey, IL; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers-in-law, Kenneth Klette II, and Charles Moore.
Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto is assisting the family with final wishes. They will have private burial services in Edwardsville at St. Boniface Cemetery at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to BJC Hospice.
