Lynn E. "Red" Miller, 86, of Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. in his home
Per his request, there will be no visitation or services. Cremation has taken place and burial will be private. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, Indiana, is handling arrangements.
He was born Jan. 24, 1939, in Greensburg, Indiana, to the late Louis and Leva (Hancock) Miller.
Surviving are three daughters, Rhonda Santana, Angela Miller and Jeni Miller, all of Michigan City, Indiana; two sons, Randy (Karen) Miller of Land O' Lakes, Florida, and Gregory (Amie) Miller of La Porte, Indiana; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Martha (Charles) Moore of South Bend, Indiana; his brother, Marvin (Mona) Miller of Woodbridge, Virginia; and former spouses, Karen Miller and Connie Noguchi.
He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Llewellyn Sinclair, Vicki Clemenson and Marilyn Rigby; and a brother, Ronald Miller.
Red worked in the auto parts business for 40 years and was the previous owner of MC Auto Supply.
He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Michigan City, Indiana, and enjoyed fishing, playing cards and watching all sports. Red loved his family and especially loved to babysit his grandchildren. He also enjoyed his years in the auto parts business serving his customers and making friends.
