Annie Lou was born in Aiken County on June 16, 1941, to the late Acile Kelly Hall and the late Novella Perdue Hall Bailey.
Annie Lou is the mother of Robert Wyman Hall, sister of Betty Jean Fox, and the aunt of Suzy (the late David Payne, Shirley (chip) Irick, and many great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Annie Lou was an exceptional woman with a heart of gold. You could often find her tending to and caring for her flowers.
Memorials may be made to Bethcar Baptist Church.
Visitation will be 6 – 8 pm on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home. Funeral Service will 4 pm on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Bethcar Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
