Betty Ruth Banks, born on October 7, 1947, peacefully departed this life on June 22, 2025. A cherished member of her loving family, Betty’s warmth and kindness touched the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Betty's legacy will be honored with a series of gatherings designed to celebrate her vibrant life. The visitation will take place on June 27, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. Friends and loved ones are invited to share their memories and pay their respects during this time.
Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life service will be held on June 28, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM at Golden Gate Funeral Home- Dallas Allene, also located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. This event will provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together to reflect on Betty's life, celebrate her achievements, and offer words of remembrance.
Betty will then be laid to rest at Laurel Land Memorial Park, with the burial scheduled for June 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The park is situated at 6000 South R L Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75241, a fitting place for her to find eternal peace.
Betty Ruth Banks leaves behind a legacy filled with love and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of her loving family. Her spirit, kindness, and the impact she made in the lives of others will be profoundly missed.
