Beverly Jeanne Schindewolf-Johnson, 71, of Marion, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2025.

She was born on August 15, 1953 to James and Janet Schindewolf in Degraff, Ohio. She graduated from Buckeye Valley High School in Delaware county. She also attended Tri-Rivers Career Center, where she became a Licensed Practicing Nurse.

Beverly worked as a nurse for over thirty-five years, dutifully tending to her patients and providing care to those in need. She had a knack for finding particularly ugly little senior dogs to dote upon and take in. Beverly was crafty and enjoyed diamond painting. She grew up with horses and loved the rodeo. She loved spending time supporting her grandchildren at their baseball games.

She is preceded in death by her parents James and Janet Schindewolf, and son J.J. Hackworth.

Beverly is survived by her children Jodi Hunter, Stacy (Jeremy) Johnson, and Brian (Paige) Johnson; siblings Mike (Terri) Schindewolf and Daryl (Terry) Schindewolf; grandchildren Mckayla, Chandler, Trevor, Jacob, Ethan, Cooper, Addie, and an additional grandson due this summer; long-time companion Fred; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
