Charlotte, affectionately known as Chuck, attended Public School #6 and Eastside High School in Paterson, NJ. She graduated in 1976 from EHS at the Historic Hinchcliffe Stadium.

Charlotte loved to dance and have a good time; She would say, "Have my funeral at the Peppermint Lounge, a popular nightclub in East Orange, NJ. At any party, Charlotte stayed on the dance floor. It was always a great time with Charlotte. She still loved the Giants even when they were losing, and she was cussing them out Charlotte would be in her chair in the house watching tennis or basketball & football with Jimmie and Slap every chance she could; she would've been yelling at the top of her lungs at these present Knicks games during the series against the Boston Celtics.
Charlotte loved to be on the go. From her teenage years to just a few months ago, Charlotte was "outside". Charlotte was funny, very outgoing, and never met a stranger. Anyone who looked in her direction was Empowered warmly with a smile and conversation. Charlotte was a member of Empowered Life Church under the leadership of Pastor Pete Palmer. Charlotte was a loving mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, cousin, friend, and second mother to her children's friends.
She transitioned peacefully to the Almighty God on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the Lincoln Park Renaissance Rehab & Nursing Facility, where she received excellent care.
