David Allen Gregory, 83, of Lancaster, passed into the arms of our loving savior Jesus Christ on June 9, 2025 surrounded by members of his adoring family. He was the loving husband of Brenda (Tucker) Gregory to whom he was married to for sixty one years.

Born in Ferndale, MI, he was the son of the late Jesse and Della (Gregurich) Gregory. His brother Thomas L. passed previously. David is survived by his sister Holly K. Blust.

After graduating from high school, David proudly served in the United States Army.

He spent much of his professional career in various management positions at Ford Tractor in Birmingham, MI before transferring to New Holland, Pa after Ford and New Holland merged in 1987 and is now known today as CNH Industrial.

In his spare time, David enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and archery.

A true follower of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, David was active in all aspects of his church particularly with the youth and mentoring young folks.

In addition to his wife, Brenda, he is survived by and truly loved and enjoyed his four adult children, and their families. Pamela A. (Donald W. Rugenstein and two sons, Dillon and Connor), Amy C. (Ryen Swett and two sons Austin, (Katie and children Jack and Anna) and son Preston (Ali and son Parker), David S. (Marcia and sons, Jesse (Kortney and daughters Finley and Briar) Zachery (Faith and daughters Eliana and Emilia), Joseph W. Lisa S. (Wm. Dennis Shirk and sons Matthew and Ian).

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial celebration on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 7:00 pm at DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA 17602. A visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until the time of the service. Private interment with full military honors will be held at Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
