Debbie enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her sister, Mary and fur baby, Rosy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Paul Powell; mother, Mary Helen Cantrell; father, Alvin Cantrell; brother, Henry Lee Mullins.
Survivors include her son, Donnie Smith of Dalton, GA; daughters, Daphne Smith of Dalton, GA and Debra Lynn Williams of Alabama; brother, Gene Mullins; sisters, Mary Phillips of Dalton, GA, Ila Gene Kirkland of Dalton, GA, Linda Carroll of Dalton, GA, and Darlene Rhinehardt of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Alana Baggett and Aubree Williams; 3 great-grandchildren; extended family also survives.
Cremation services have been provided by Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth has been entrusted with the arrangements for Ms. Debbie Powell.
