Gary Lynn Jones, 67, of Obion, Tennessee passed away on April 16, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family and his dog, Jake.
He was a retired lead man at Hexapol Polymers, formerly known as Colonial Rubber, where he retired after 38 years. He was a member of Aldridge Baptist Church.
Gary was an avid fisherman, golfer, and coon hunter. His free time was spent supporting his girls in all their sporting events and activities, never missing a game. They were his pride and joy. He had a love for auctions and estate sales where he spent most Saturdays with his best friends. Gary loved to spoil his family with trips to Disney, Hawaii, and the beach. For the past 10 years, most mornings were spent with his best friend, Jake, taking trips to the creek.
Funeral services for Mr. Jones will be held at 5:00 PM on Friday, April 18, 2025 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Bro. Scott Fields. Interment will follow at Zion Cemetery in the Cloverdale community. Visitation for Mr. Jones will be from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM on Friday, April 18, 2025 at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
