Jorge was born in Coamo, Puerto Rico on September 20, 1961 son of the late Miguel Angel and Dalila Ortiz.
He was a member of Church of The Living Well in Bethlehem, PA.
He loved music and dancing.
Survivors: Sisters Norma Ortiz (Jose), Elsa Ortiz, Hilda Cruz, Carmen Cruz; brothers Jose Rafael Ortiz, Jose M. Ortiz, Humberto Ortiz and Miguel Ortiz; also survived by many nieces, nephews aunts, uncles and cousins.
Predeceased by a sister Lydia Soto and a brother Felix Ortiz.
Viewing & Service: Wednesday May 14, 2025, viewing 9AM to 11AM followed by the service at 11AM conducted by the Senior Pastor Zulma Rodriguez, all at the Herron Funeral Home 458 Center At Market streets Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial to follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.
