Shelby - Katherine "Kay" Edmundson Jones, 81, passed away Monday, July 28, 2025 at Atrium Cabarrus in Concord, NC. Born in Wayne County, NC she was the widow of William "Bo" Smith Jones and the daughter of the late John "Ed" and Mary Elizabeth Rowe Edmundson. Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 at 11:00 am at Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Shelby, NC. The Book of Memories is available at www.gordonmortuary.com The Blacksburg location of Gordon Mortuary is serving the Jones family.
