Kenneth Alan Johnson passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on June 18, 1943, in Chicago Il, he was raised with his brothers in Evanston Il.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Frances I. Johnson, 5 daughters, 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 3 brothers; preceded in death by his parents Walter L. Johnson and Marjorie G.Johnson.
Kenneth served in the United States Military Army 26 years beginning with the Vietnam War and then part time in the US Army Reserves retiring at age 60. He was employed full time at JCPenneys company for 38 years, until he retired at age 67. He enjoyed woodworking in his spare time and spending time with his family.
Kenneth had the biggest heart and was a kind, loving, gentle and hardworking son, brother, husband, father and grandpa. He will be in our hearts forever, Love you Dad
