Kevin, the memories are endless - I could write quite the story, filled with the best array of Carver characters! You were so quiet and so flipping funny, with a laugh that barely made a sound, curly brown hair that would sometimes grow long enough to almost cover your eyes especially when you wore a baseball cap. I remember the first time I met you and your brother Steven, I was the new kid in the neighborhood and you became a tried-and-true friend to me. That's where it all began - the Carver Crew (we all know who we are) hanging at the pit, in the powerlines, at John's Pond, at the Sylvia's sauna, going to the movies, hanging in the screen house or in the family room of your mom's house, your place on Cherry Street in North Plymouth, softball games, the canal...your place on Chilton Street where we had the best July 4th celebrations and went to every Plymouth parade and event. Thank you for over 40 years of memories that will forever bring me solace. The measure of a man is in the lives he touched - and you touched more than many. Rest peacefully my friend, until we see one another again.
"Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy." - John 16:22
