Lee Anthony Thompson Sr.

Lee Anthony Thompson, Sr., 69, of Louisville passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on January 18, 2025 at Baptist Health Louisville.
He was born in Louisville on October 31, 1955 to the late John A. Thompson, Jr. and Doris Gramig Thompson.
He was a 1973 graduate of St. Xavier High School, earned his Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from University of Kentucky, and earned his Master's degree in business from Bellarmine College. He was an avid tennis player and golfer.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his loving daughter, Natalie Thompson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Rhonda Lambert Thompson; sons, Lee Anthony Thompson, Jr. (Kristin) and Adam Thompson (Brittany); grandchildren, Connor, Lincoln, Isabelle, Jude and Jonah; brothers, John A. Thompson, III and Patrick Thompson (Grace); sister, Mary Thompson; other loving family members and friends.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Agnes Catholic Church 1920 Newburg Road with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Thursday at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home 3800 Bardstown Road.
