Lisa Priscilla Cook, 62 of Magnolia, Arkansas passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025, at CHI St. Vincent Health System in Sherwood, Arkansas.
Lisa was born September 3, 1962, in Springerville, Arizona. She was a Registered Nurse for many years where she worked at private clinics and Magnolia Hospital and was the former director for Columbia County Independent Living. Lisa was a devoted wife and mother and loved scrap booking and cooking for her family and friends.
Lisa is preceded in death by her father and mother in law, David and Nancy Cook and a brother in law Timothy Jerome "Tim" Cook.
Lisa is survived by her husband of 44 years Tony Cook of Magnolia; a daughter Emily (Cook) Bilbray and husband Jeremy of Camden, Arkansas; mother, Ruth "Kathy" New of Magnolia; father, Billy Frank Fish, Sr. and wife Linda of Sonora, Texas; sister Karen Fish of Magnolia; brother Billy Frank Fish, Jr. and wife Alicia of Sonora; nephew Kameron Fish and his son David Fish of Magnolia; mother in law Lucille Cheatham of Magnolia; and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dennis Cole and Bro. Ed Phillips officiating with burial to follow at Sardis Cemetery in Lafayette County, Arkansas. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to Columbia County Independent Living, 217 North Jefferson, Magnolia, Arkansas 71753.
Pallbearers will be Eric Cook, Travis Massey, Josh Loe, Brett Powell, Dalton Hall, and Kameron Fish.
