Mary Jean Stefanow (née Lovell), age 79, passed away on July 31, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in Philadelphia and graduated in 1965 from Saint Maria Goretti High School in South Philadelphia. Mary lived in National Park, NJ, for over 50 years.

She worked for many years at 3M and later was employed at the Nine West Warehouse in West Deptford. Mary had a good time playing the slot machines (especially when she was winning), going on her annual girls' trips, playing bingo with her friends at Brightview, and arts and crafts. She loved helping others and making everyone feel welcome in her home. Above all, she cherished spending time with her family and her dog Teddy.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph P. Stefanow; her parents, Regina (McCloskey) and Clarence Lovell; and her siblings, William Lovell and Patricia Gibbons. She is survived by her children, Stephanie (Thomas) Bradly, Jennifer (John) Crothers, and Peter Stefanow; her grandchildren, Meagan and Brian Crothers, and Cole Bradly; as well as her siblings, Joyce Lovell, Timothy (Cara) Lovell, Thomas (Barbara) Lovell, and Kathryn (Greg) Hood. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to greet the family on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at Budd Funeral Home, 522 Salem Avenue (Kings Hwy), Woodbury, NJ where her funeral service will follow. Interment will take place at Eglinton Cemetery.
