Born Mary Hammons on September 3, 1953, in Dallas, she spent her life committed to caring for others, embodying the values of compassion and selflessness that are hallmarks of the nursing profession.

Mary's passing has left a void in the hearts of those who knew her. A graveside service will be held in her honor on July 5, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Southland Memorial Park, located in Grand Prairie, Texas. Friends and family are invited to gather to celebrate her life and remember the impact she made in the world.
As we reflect on Mary Thomas's life and legacy, we are reminded of the warmth she brought to those she encountered, her professional dedication, and her beloved role as a nurse. Her memory will live on in the hearts of many.
