Mary Helen Wilson went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday April 21, 2025. Mary was born in Electra Texas on January 7, 1952 to Faye Elizabeth (Hofer) Gibbs, and Robert Elsworth Gibbs. Mary graduated from Iowa Park High School in 1970. Mary was married to the Love of her life Ronald Gene Wilson on December 3, 1976. Ron and Mary travelled throughout the United States while Ron was in the Air Force, but when Ron retired, she came back home to Iowa Park. Mary's faith was strong as she grew up in the Catholic Church and remained very active until her passing with Christ the King Catholic Church. Mary Graduated from LVN at Bethania Hospital in 1971. Mary had long career in healthcare. Mary's personality was one that lite up the room and made everyone's day better just because she was there. Mary was a constant caregiver whether it was healthcare or emotional care. She cared for and took care of everyone's needs. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Ron Wilson, Grandparents Hester, and Louie Hofer. Her parents Faye Anderson and Robert Gibbs. Sister Frances Skinner.
Mary is survived by her brother William"Bill" Gibbs, sister Sue Flurry, brother-in-law Danny Skinner, nieces Kristen Gibbs Odom and husband Robert, Helen Trajtenberg and husband David, nephews Lewis Skinner and wife Christy, Christopher Flurry, and wife Meghan. Great nephews Bryce Skinner and wife Bronwyn, Justin Skinner, and wife Lanyni, and Colin McGray. Great nieces Alexandria Velders and husband Jacob, Katlyn Bolf and husband Derek, Sarah McGray, Rose Trajtenberg, Oliver Trajtenberg, and Violet Trajtenberg. Great-Great Nephews Weston, Raydon. Great-Great Nieces Madelyn, Elys, and Madeleine.
Mary loved her family and friends. In Lieu of flowers feel free to donate to your favorite charity in Mary's name.
