Patrick (Pat) Christy Duncan, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend passed away in his home on March 10th, 2025, at the age of 74, after a gallant battle with ALS. He was born in Wynnewood, OK on April 13, 1950, to Paul Conrad Duncan and Martha Ruth Baker Duncan. Pat was preceded in death by his parents and older sister, Sara Elaine (Sally) Ballew.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Kathey Robison Duncan and his legacy lives on through his beloved children, Patrick Duncan and wife Brandi, Berkly Edwards and husband Erik, granddaughters, Madison Masterson and husband Jack, Makenzi Duncan, Delaney Edwards, and Great Grandson Kash Masterson.

Pat graduated from Northwest Classen High School in 1968 and continued his education at the University of Oklahoma where he was a proud member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

He began his career at Xerox, gaining valuable experience in sales and business development. From there, he transitioned into medical device sales, focusing on heart pacemakers and defibrillators, where he further honed his skills and industry knowledge. Leveraging his strong work ethic and larger-than-life personality, he founded Lifeline Medical Incorporated, combining his passion for healthcare with his entrepreneurial drive to create a successful company in the medical field.

Things that brought Pat the greatest joy were spending time with his three granddaughters. He never missed a single event of theirs, even coaching one in golf. His love for the game extended to his time at Twin Hills Golf and Country Club, where he was a devoted member. Pat’s friends meant the world to him, he was the gatherer of all, always bringing people together. Hosting parties and making sure everyone felt included was something he truly cherished. He was known for his generosity and never had a bad word to say about anyone. He also loved spending time in Colorado where he made cherished memories with family and friends. He was the ultimate prankster, always looking for ways to make people laugh. Whether it was a harmless joke, a playful surprise, or a clever bit of mischief, he had an uncanny ability to lighten any moment and bring joy to those around him. His sense of humor was infectious, and he loved nothing more than seeing others smile because of his antics. It was just one of the many ways Pat showed he cared.

Pat would want us to carry on his legacy by loving bigger, playing a round of golf in his honor, and continuing to bring people together as he did.

Thus, with a joyful spirit we will celebrate his life on Tuesday, March 25th @ 1:00 PM at Crossings Community Church Chapel, 14600 North Portland, OKC, OK 73134.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Russell Murray Hospice rmhospice.org/donate-now/ or the ALS Association.
