Patricia "Patsy" Ann (Wicks) McKinney, 88 of Wartburg, TN passed away on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025 at Life Care Center of Morgan County surrounded by her family. She was born in Fork Mountain, TN on July 19, 1936.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents: John "Jabo" and Jewell (Harris) Wicks.
Husband of 55 years Leonard James "Buddy" McKinney.
Sister: Nancy Sue (Wicks) Taylor, brother: Benny Robin Wicks, and infant sister Peggy.
She is survived by her children: Brian (Denise) McKinney, Jennifer (Doug) Lamance, Angela Marie Pollard;
Granddaughters: Megan (Roger) Liles, Morgan (Moustafa) Salem, Kalah (Kyle) Bolton, and Katelyn (Devin) Hargis; Great-grandchildren: Maya, Jayden, Mona, Elayna, Ziad, Hudson, and Baby Hargis (due April 2025).
Siblings: Teddy (Jennifer) Wicks of Tavares, FL and Karen (Wicks) Redmon of Fruitland Park, FL, and Teresa (Terry) Greene; Sisters-in-law: Carol (McKinney) Henry, Betty Sue McKinney, and Judy (McKinney) Miller; several nieces and nephews other family and friends.
Patsy was a member of Liberty Baptist Church of Wartburg. She and her sister Karen owned Wicks' Flowers of Wartburg for many years. She was a charter member of Wartburg Beautiful Association and coordinated the Wartburg City Christmas Parade for many, many years.
Her wishes were to be cremated. A private service will be held at a later date.
