Ronald Giordano, 80 of Old Bridge, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge.
Born Monday, July 24, 1944 in Bronx, New York, Ronald was the son of the late Anthony and Carmela Giordano.
Ronald was raised in the Bronx before eventually moving to Brooklyn. After high school Ronald was drafted into the United States army during the Vietnam War, and after serving his country honorably he returned to live in Brooklyn. It was in Brooklyn he would meet and marry the love of his life, Theresa. The couple would start a family of their own before settling in the New Dorp section of Staten Island to raise their children.
Ronald worked a long career in banking, working for Citi-Bank. In his spare time he enjoyed working in the garden and cooking. He was known to make the absolute best Rice Balls. During the baseball season he loved watching the New York Mets and during the football season he enjoyed watching the New York Giants.
Ronald was predeceased by his beloved wife Theresa, who passed away in 2012.
Ronald is survived by his loving children, Donna, Denise, and Gregory.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Michael Hegarty & John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals and Cremation Service, 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge, New Jersey.
A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday at Michael Hegarty & John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals and Cremation Service located at 3377 US Highway 9 Old Bridge, New Jersey 08857. Interment will be in Moravian Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
