Stephan Isaac

Stephan Isaac, 76, of Westview, KY, died on July 3, 2025 at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY. He was born on February 13, 1949 to the late James Elmo Isaac and Beatrice Phelps. Stephan was an Army veteran having served in Vietnam. He was a member of VFW Post #5831 and a member of the Masonic Lodge when he lived in Louisville. He retired from Sunland Construction where he worked for many years. Stephan had a passion for classic cars and race horses, both of which he owned. He loved living on the lake and cooking on his many grills.
Stephan was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Isaac in 2019 and a brother, James Elmo Isaac, Jr.
He is survived by his children: Joseph Yount (Tracey) of Auburndale, FL
Kevin Isaac of Evansville, IN
Melissa Baxter (Jeff) of Louisville, KY
James Yount (Sherrie) of Columbia, KY
Cyndy Stevenson (Larry) of Lanesville, IN

A memorial service with military honors will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 3:00 PM central time at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home
Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 PM
Memorial contributions may be made to VFW Post #5831 - Hardinsburg
Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central at a later date.
