Stephen Ross “Steve” Borden of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away June 23, 2025, at 75 years old. He was born on May 4, 1950, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Mayburn Ross and Marilyn Jane (Chapman) Borden. Steve was an Executive in Retail Sales for various companies and was highly successful. He enjoyed reading, spending time with his family and attending church and participating in the choir. Steve was survived by his loving daughter, Sally Codarmaz, his son, Stephen R. Borden II, his grandchildren, Deric, Cayleigh, Layla, his great grandson, George, his sister, Kathy Cernero, and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandchildren, Maxwell and Abigail, and his brother, Mike. The family invites you to celebrate his life by joining them in sharing stories and memories on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 3:00pm-5:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township with a Memorial service immediately following at 5:00pm.
