Thomas Carpenter Obituary
He was born Jan. 1, 1948, in Bradford, a son of Herbert and Dorothea (Kibble) Carpenter. On Feb. 22, 1975, in Eldred, he married Janice C. Thompson, who died Nov. 27, 2017.
Mr. Carpenter was a truck driver, last employed by Superior Oil & Gas Services of Bradford.
He enjoyed the outdoors.
He is survived by one son, Thomas R. Carpenter Jr. of Smethport; a grandson, Tommy James Michael Carpenter of Kane; one brother, Ralph Carpenter of Kushequa; and a sister, Mary Carpenter of Eldred; along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no visitation or funeral services. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park, Lafayette.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
Arrangements are under direction of Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes Inc.
