Tina was a registered nurse in MICU at U of L Hospital for 34 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry & Barbara Lee.
She is survived by her sons Jack & Nick Howard; her sister, Lesa McDowell (Brad); and her nieces, Samantha & Sarah McDowell all of Simpsonville.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at the Shannon Funeral Home in Shelbyville, Kentucky. A Nightingale Tribute will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society.
