dear brother of Donald (Char) Stephens, loving partner of Dorothy Soltis.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Therese Stephens (nee Burns).
Entered into rest Friday June 6, 2025.
Bill retired in 1985 as a Captain with the Lakewood Police Department with
over 30 years of service. He was extremely handy and remained very active with
his Police family & friends. All services are private. Interment will be at the
Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio.
The MISENCIK FUNERAL HOME, Avon, is in charge of arrangements.
