On Monday, March 10, 2025, a homegoing celebration for Mr. William D. Thomas, Jr. will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. with services to follow.
