Lawrence "Larry" E. Robison, age 76, of Waynesburg, passed away Friday, January 31, 2025, at WeCare at Rolling Meadows. Born February 23, 1948, in Canonsburg, a son of the late Henry Reese and Elsie Marie Morris Robison. Larry had been a resident of Greene County his whole life. He graduated from West Greene High School in 1968. Larry was a carpenter and had been employed with various companies for over 51 years but for the last 15 years he worked for Donnie Eddy Contracting, retiring in 2023. He served in the United States Marine Corp. during the Vietnam War, which he was very proud of the time he served. Larry enjoyed wood-working, spending time with friends and family, watching westerns and Gunsmoke, and listening to country music. He is survived by, three siblings, Elaine Guidos, of Washington, Carol Sue (Fred) Snider, of Morgantown, WV, and Ronald (Denise) Robison, of Carmichaels. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, June Tustin-Rutan. Burial will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 1 p.m. in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA, where full military honors will be conducted by the United States Marine Corp. and the Greene County Honor Guard.
