Ed Harrington Obituary
January 30, 2025
Ed Harrington, 74, of Kirkville, passed away Thursday in the comfort of his home with family by his side. Born in Syracuse, Ed was a resident of the Kirkville area since 1975. Ed was a self-employed woodworker owning Custom Cut Lumber in Kirkville for 25 years and was previously employed as a machinist at Manth-Brownell for 10 years and as a foreman at Bliss Cashier for several years. Ed enjoyed walking in his woods and along the Erie Canal, duck hunting, fishing, bowling and especially rides on his gator with his grandchildren. Surviving is his wife of 53 years the former Lorraine Meyers, his sons, Bryan (Breann), and Brent, his grandchildren, Peyton and Paige and several nieces and nephews and cousins. A Celebration of Ed's life will be held at a later date. In honor of Ed, please plant a tree in his memory.
