Frances Williams Obituary

Frances Spencer Williams, 94, of East Syracuse passed away peacefully with family by her side. Fran grew up in DeWitt and graduated from Fayetteville High School. She worked at St. Joseph's Hospital for 18 years.

Fran enjoyed golf, bowling, reading, playing cards and traveling. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by husbands, James Raynor, Fred Stoddard and Russell Williams; her parents, Charles and Helen Spencer; sister, Jane Taylor and brother, Larry Spencer.

She is survived by her children, Sharon Day, William (Cindy) Raynor, Jackie (Jeff) Middleton, Kevin (Joni) Raynor, Bob (Robin) Raynor, Mary (Earl) Frigon, Tim (Suzanne) Raynor; the Stoddard family; eighteen grandchildren; and thirty-five great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.

Calling hours will be from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Thursday, May 1st at R.H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepps Corners Rd., Minoa. The service will follow the calling hours at the funeral home. Private burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens in DeWitt.
