It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert A. Fogle Sr. on September 16, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on August 3, 1937, in Pennsylvania. He was a resident of Severna Park and formerly Dundalk.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Marilyn Doyle-Fogle; sons Robert A. Fogle Jr (wife River), and William Scott Fogle (fiancé Mary Ridenour), also his faithful Bichon, Simon. He also leaves 5 grandchildren- Robin, Danielle, Courtney, Andrew Scott, Matthew Adam, and several great grandchildren, several loving nieces and nephews and former sister in law Carole Fogle- many life-long friends and neighbors.
Robert was predeceased by his parents Ida Fern (Lohr + William A. Fogle Sr.) his siblings Lorraine Brodka, William A. Fogle Jr., and Sondra L. Berger + his former wife Alice L. Fogle.
He was a proud Navy Veteran and then had a long career at Beth Steel, Sparrows Point Plant Retiring after 40 years and 1 week.

- 64 year member of Dundalk Chapter/Chorus of the Chesapeake of Barbershop Harmony Society aka SPEBSQSA to include past, pres. 6 years and still on BOD named barber shopper of the year and master barber shopper
- mid-Atlantic distract barber shopper of the year in 2006
- mid-Atlantic district honor chapter delasusqueitad mac
- mid-Atlantic district chairman of several committees.
Founding member of #9 of a second bbshop singing fellowship known as WBQA worldwide barbershop quartet assoc. AKA SPPB5QSUS. He was also an enthusiastic sports fan, and lover of western movies.
He was a proud and devoted patriot. He was a respected worker, leader and mentor to many and a man of unwavering integrity and humor.
Though gone from our sight, Bob's incredible legacy lives on through the countless memories he created with family, friends and colleagues over the courage of his amazing life- a life filled with love, laughter, music, and service. He is deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of his family and friends. Friends and family are invited to come together to celebrate Bob's life. A memorial gathering will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Saturday October 11, 2025, from 2:00-6:00 pm. During the gathering, there will be a Masonic Service at 3:00 pm, followed by a special Chorus of Chesapeake Service at 4:00 pm.
