James D. Moore

James David Moore, 70, died peacefully on March 25, 2025, following a sudden illness. Jim graduated with high honors from Jeannette Senior High School in 1972. He and his teammates won the football state championship in their division earlier that school year. He then graduated from Harvard University with a degree in biochemistry. He worked for 27 years at Advocate Health as senior systems engineer, information technology. He was preceded in death by his parents, David L. Moore and Mildred (Cheely) Moore. He is survived by his wife, Rosanne; two children, Nicole (Mark) Killick, and Daniel (Melissa); and granddaughter, London Killick; his sister, Christine Lavis (Edward deceased); his brother, Edward (Patti); his brother, Brian (Fran); aunts, uncle and many cousins.
