Dick was a honorable man who had served his country and community honorably. I know that my family my Grandfather A.Logan Painter developed a great relationship with with him and trusted him on legal matters. I remember even calling him just to ask for legal advice and he was always willing to give to help me. He was a very kind person and the best example of public dedication and the rule of law. I pray for his family and friends during this period of grief and loss and may God help you through this difficult time.

He was more than an attorney to me.. Dick was my friend.

Richard, Gretchen & Brett, I am so sorry and saddened by your dad´s passing, Dick was my Incredible Attorney and Dear Friend for over 50yrs. We just talked a couple months ago and kept in touch even though I moved away. Thank You Dick, I´ll miss you!
