Carolyn B. Smith, 90, of Palmer Township, died Tuesday, May 20, 2025 in Northampton Post Acute. Born December 18, 1934 in Whitehouse Station, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Pearl (Walker) Johnson. Her husband, George A. Smith died in 1996. She and her husband owned Gene and George Smith Sanitation, Alpha, NJ. She graduated from Easton High School in 1952 and was a member of House on the Rock Family Church, Wind Gap and a former member of St. Peter's UCC, Easton. Surviving are a daughter, Laurie Monaghan; two sons, Steven Smith and Scott Smith; a sister, Catherine Smith; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Services will be private with interment in Northampton Memorial Shrine. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.
