I can't believe I only just found out, David you were such a good person always willing to help those you cared about. I'm so grateful I knew you when I did and had the chance to call you my friend. Rest in Paradise mate

Take a walk on love street. My favourite poem of Davids. His words were his gift and I'm so grateful our son will have your poems as a reminder of his dads talent.
Felix and I are thinking of you today on father's day. I know one of your favourite saying was 'I'm grateful for the gift of god'. I hope you're up there, happy with your dad today. Take care Dub and know that we love you.

David was a forgiving soul who's heart was with his two son's Felix and William, and his immediate family. In his younger days he wrote poetry that was profound and he was a champion cricket player at high school. The fondest memory of my son Max, was when David use to play cricket with all the kids in the street. They use to have so much fun that dinner was always cold before they came inside. You coul hear laughter and feel the children's excitement. RIP David xo

David was a family person. The eldest brother and protector of the family. He worshipped his sons like they were gods. A beleiver, himself, he was a fogiving soul and a staunch ally to his friends. At his best, David was sweet & kind supporter who loved to chat. He was profound with poems & illiminating a person's pain. He will be sorely missed by the family who loved him dearly. Faithfully, Viv
