My Memory of Burt Reynolds, was in 1975. He & Paul Winfield were filming in The Garment District DTLA & I was working there too. My Co-worker heard that BR was on Wall St & we bolted out of the office & we found the location & there he was standing by the door way of his trailer. We walked up to to him he autographed our desk calendar & gave us both a kiss on the cheek!! We were 24 & 25 years old at that time. He was so sweet. R.I.P. Dear Burt, I’m 4EVER your fan.

Burt Reynolds was always one of my favorite actors as he created a heroic strong lifeforce onscreen and set
moral agendas, and displayed great courage with his work. His genius was demonstrated in his multivaried scripts and characters and he played comedy roles such as a screenwriter fighting for love in "Best Friends" as well as the ever-laughable "Cannonball Run" with Dom Delouise and cast. His humour was contagious and engaging for his audience. The scope of his work was demonstrated by his role as a cop in Sharkey's machine in which his character was as adaptable, quick-thinking and intuitive as Mr. Reynolds himself. I always thought it was typecasting. I will mention one more role that really touched me and that was a film called "Starting Over" with Jill Clayburgh and Candice Bergen in the 1970's. Mr. Reynolds played a healing divorcee very convincingly as I have recently seen many healing men in similar situations that are finding the navigational tools including group therapy that Mr. Reynolds sought in the film while seeking a new love in a teacher, played beautifully by Clayburgh. His work was touching, real and inventive and I will miss him dearly as he touched me, my family and my friends as a member of his audience and as a person. To Mr. Reynolds friends and family, my deepest condolences, Elizabeth Hamilton a fan in Colorado.
