OAKE, Cleo Laura Evelyn (nee Oliphant)
Peacefully, at Etobicoke General Hospital, on Sunday, November 10th, 2002, in her 87th year. Wife of the late Harvey Oake. Predeceased by her parents William and Mae Oliphant, sister Helen Quirt, brother-in-law Chesney Quirt, and brother Ross Oliphant. Survived by her brother Leonard Oliphant and his wife Muriel (Sault Ste. Marie), and sister-in-law Sandy Oliphant (Peterborough). Fondly remembered as a special aunt to her nieces and nephews, Ian Quirt, Bill Oliphant, Susan O'Rourke, Leslie Oliphant, Robert Oliphant, Barbara Connell, Mary Tuck and their families. Funeral Service at MORLEY BEDFORD FUNERAL HOME, 159 Eglinton Avenue West (2 lights west of Yonge Street), Wednesday, November 13th at 10:30 a.m. followed by a reception. Interment in the Strong Cemetery, Sundridge, Ontario. The family thanks the Community Care Access Centre of Peel, the V.O.N., Care Partners nurses and Dr. Vincent Maida and the Palliative Care Unit of Etobicoke General Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations in Cleo's memory may be made to the William Osler Health Centre, Etobicoke Hospital Campus, 101 Humber College Blvd., Etobicoke, Ontario M9V 1R8 or the charity of your choice.
