Dear Marianthe, Olivia and Paul,
My husband and I were so sad to learn of the tragic death of Alfredo.
I first met Alfredo when I came to teach English at the school in Ascot which he attended. He was my son's great friend and I could understand why: he was clever, charming,gentle, kind and honest.
As the years passed my delight and my husband's in Alfredo never faded.
Marianthe, we are so sad for you, for your children and for dear Alfredo.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.

Marianthe - my deepest sympathies to you and your family. I will always think of Al as such a sweet sweet guy and a pleasure to know. I still think of him whenever Tottenham plays Arsenal and I imagine that I always will. Please take good care of yourself and your family.

I met Al a couple of years ago when my boyfriend worked at Tech Data... He was a very sweet man and a joy to talk to.... I am so sorry for your loss- he will be missed.

I was so dreadfully sad to hear the news about Alfredo. He was such a lovely man who was great company and great fun to be around. I have especially fond memories of time spent with him at my parents’ house when he came to visit my brother there.
I can only imagine how difficult it must be for you all. I hope you might be able to take some comfort in knowing how genuinely well-liked and respected Alfredo was, and how missed he will be by so many people.

I first met Al in 1981, at school in England. Then, as now, his qualities were apparent - his gentleness, kindness, wicked sense of humour, and of course his love for Arsenal FC!
He was a good man, who lived his life the right way. I am proud to have been able to call him a friend.

I was so saddened to hear about Al. I met him this past year through Cub Scouts and enjoyed talking with him very much. He was a great asset to the Pack by volunteering to be a leader - something not everyone does and will be remembered for a long time. We will miss him very much.

I have worked for Al for almost two years. During that time Al was always there to help me along the way. He was always good at listening and always had great advise.
