DOWLING, Brian Thomas:
Peacefully, with family, on 29 January 2021, aged 86 years. Loving son of the late John and Irene Dowling. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Nan. Loving and admired father of Juliet, Jonathan, Peter and Anna, and father-in-law of Andrew Donaldson, Alessandra Zecchini and Tim Stevenson. Dearly loved grandfather of Arantxa, Isabel, Max, James and Thomas. Cherished brother of Jenny and the late Barbie, brother-in-law of Sadie, James, Marg and the late Fran, and uncle to their families. A special thanks for the tender care Brian received at Ilam Lifecare since 2018, and at Christchurch Hospital. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Brian Dowling, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated and may be made to St John Ambulance. A Service to remember Brian's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Tomorrow (Wednesday), at 2.00pm.
