"Bullet" a special individual, loved by many, his wit, compassion, devotion, friendship, his loyalty to "Delta", and his ability to love...he gave so freely, so unconditional and you knew you had a friend for life.
I am truly honored to call Bullet & Maxine, my friends. Bullet was so anxious for us to open the restaurant, he would check daily to see if the permits had been finalized, when I finally got our last permit, we turned the lights on and there he stood at the front door waiting for me to turn the "open" sign on with this hugh grin...my first customer, my friend, he and Maxine made sure our doors would always be open..he made everyone he knew come...lol...I am thankful to be a small part of his and Maxine's life, the many wonderful times we've shared, the conversations, the laughter, the Vegas in and outs...I love you "Bullet", heaven has received another angel and you will be remembered forever and missed by all. Rest in peace my friend, we will see you again!

I was privileged to call Don my buddy while we worked together at Delta. He had such a unique perspective sometimes, and his quick wit made him such a memorable person! He made working at Delta such a joy, and I looked forward to his daily stories, jokes, and take on everyday happenings. He will be missed by everyone who ever had the pleasure of his company.

What a wonderful and eventful eighty years of life Don shared with his family and with his many friends and coworkers at Delta. We never worked for him; he always worked with us. He kept the hard knocks to himself and passed the praises along. Maxine, Joni and Steve - Our heartfelt sympathy at his passing with our prayer that the sadness of this time will fade as we recall the many happy years we spent with Bullet.
