Jack was one of the best liked players in our "winter golf league" here in Sarasota. He was certainly one of the nicest gentleman that I ever met. I am still playing golf with the same group, at the same club, but none of the same players, they re all gone. I really liked playing with Jack and Joe Kobek, his good friend. I miss Jack George

To Bill, Terry, Tim and the rest of the Sherwood family. Your dad was such a wonderful guy. Always had a smile. I can remember picking him and my dad up from the train many many times. Years later, I hadn't seem him for probably 15 years or more and I ran into him one day. He said "hi Mike" with such familiarity. Like I saw him everyday. I'll miss seeing him around town. He is definitely a part of CL's old guard.
