Dad,
How much influence did you have on the Cubs last Saturday when the 12 of us went to Wrigley for a game in your honor?? Playing the "Angels" and the Cubs lose 12-0. I know you were with us in spirit. Miss you so much each day. Father's Day wasn't the same without you. Hope Mom, Hank, and Tim did you proud. Keep watch over me...
Love you lots !!!! Kathy

Dad,
After reading the other entries I started to tear up again. I thought loosing mom & you would be less difficult because of your age...I was wrong. Miss Mom & You

To the Phillips Family -
My most heartfelt condolences go to you at the loss of your wonderful Dad. I had the pleasure of meeting him several months ago and then was surprised to learn that he was Kathy's dad! To all of you, my prayers are with you, life has now been redefined as you learn to live without your beloved Father AND Mother. They left behind a wonderful legacy of love and a close family. It was a prvilege to meet your wonderful dad and some of your family members. If I had heard of his passing sooner, I would have been honored to attend his funeral Mass.

To Kathy - Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Be gentle with yourself and if there is anything I can do for you at any time, don't hesitate to reach out. Thanks for sharing pictures of your family with me the last time I saw you at school. Your Dad was such a gem! May he and your wonderful mother rest in peace.

Love,
Sarafina

Dear Dad,
It's been just over a week now that you have been gone from our sight. You will never, however, be gone from our hearts and our minds. I'll love you and miss you everyday.
Give Mom a great big kiss and hug from me. Be sure she knows how much I continue to miss her.
Relax and enjoy. I know we will all be together again one day.
I miss being "on duty".
Love you lots,
Kathy
