Robert J. Partner for over 50 years of the late James P. Sinclair and dear friend of John Gebhardt. Brother of the late Rita Rigney. Uncle of Steve and Kenny Rigney, Susan Oliverio and the late Tommy Rigney and Karen Carson. Passed away on Friday, November 23, 2012, age 86 years. Friends are invited to assemble at the entrance of Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 10:45 AM and then proceed to the grave site for committal service at 11 AM. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati, PO Box 633597, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45263. Miller-Busse & Borgmann Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Bob was a great guy who never really bounced back from losing Jim. He had a great heart - left much of his estate to the Human Rights Campaign and Caracole so he could help others. Good man.
